Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@titan-chemistry.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
2. Approval & Return Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. If applicable, a prepaid return label will be issued.
3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
• If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged product, we’ll be happy to process an exchange. Contact us to arrange this, and we’ll send the replacement item at no additional cost once the original item is returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details to expedite the resolution process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
